I ordered a pair of shoes and, they showed up faster than I was expecting. The tracking was straightforward, and reading between the lines, it seems like they’ve got their shipping process dialed in. No problems on my end at all, so I’m happy with how smoothly everything went.

"Super easy pickup"
I ordered my shoes online and chose store pickup, and it was smoother than I expected. The email came quickly, and when I got there the staff already had everything ready. I was in and out in maybe 2 minutes, no waiting around or anything weird. Something about it just felt really simple and convenient. I’d definitely use it again.

"No mixups, but still a bit disappointing"
Everything showed up correctly and there weren’t any mixups, so that part was fine. I guess I just expected a little more overall, and ended up feeling kind of disappointed.

I had a good time using Running Room. The site was simple to get around, and I found the shoes section really fast, like no searching around forever. Checkout was clear, clear enough that I didn’t have to redo anything or get annoyed. Pages loaded fine for me too. Overall, it was just an easy, easy shopping site with no big issues...

"I used Running Room for a half…"
I used Running Room for a half marathon training program, it was helpful. The schedule just kind of made sense to me right away, and the group runs gave me that extra push to stay consistent. My gut feeling was that it was a good fit, and overall it really did help me stay on track. Some of the info on the site feels a little outdated or not super easy to find, but it still got the job done. I’d definitely consider using it again for another race.

"Rewards actually make it feel worth it"
I’ve ordered a few pairs of shoes and some winter running gear from Running Room, and the rewards points have been a nice little bonus. I like that it’s not confusing or hidden somewhere, I can actually see what I earned and then use it on my next order. It only took a bit off the total, but with how expensive running stuff gets, every little bit helps, right? Shipping was fine too, no real issues there. I’ll probably keep ordering from them because the loyalty rewards make it feel a bit more worth it.

I had to send my shoes back, and I was expecting the usual endless refund hassle that every company seems to put you through. But this was easy. I didn’t have to chase anyone, and the money was back in my account within a few days.

I had to exchange the shoes for a bigger size, i was a little worried it might turn into a hassle. The process itself was simple, which made me feel better, but shipping them back took longer than I was hoping. I got a bit impatient waiting, but in the end everything worked out fine and I’m glad I went through with the exchange.

"Good prices, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve ordered from runningroom.com a few times now, and overall the prices have been fair, especially when items are on sale. I feel like I got good value on shoes and socks and didn’t overpay, which I appreciate. Shipping was fine too, but I did find some of the communication a bit unclear and kind of annoying at times. A little more detail or clearer updates would’ve made the experience smoother. Still, I’m generally happy with what I paid.

I ordered a pair of running shoes and a couple of shirts from Running Room, and everything turned out great. The shoes felt comfortable right out of the box, and the sizing was exactly what I expected, which isn’t always the case with other running stores I’ve tried. The shirts were good too, they held up fine after washing and didn’t get that cheap, worn-out feel after a few runs. Compared to some competitors where the quality can be hit or miss, this felt like a safe buy. Nothing over the top, just solid running gear, and I’d definitely order from them again.
